About
Ariel Spiegelman was in need of a revamped website for her print-based artwork that would make heads turn when applying to new jobs and show-off her amazing artwork in a way that would help it sell. We wanted to balance white space / color and quirkiness / professionalism to embrace both the style of work and her fun personality.
GIF Animation
We wanted to bring Ariel’s fun personality life by adding in some animation to her site. Together Ariel and I came up with an animated logo idea that would bring a little animation to every page on her site.
We then decided to create animated GIFs for each main section on her homepage to really bring her prints to life and give a unique first experience for the viewer that they’d be sure to remember.
Website Design
Using Squarespace we created a semi-custom site that looks and feels like a completely custom design because who wants to look like every other portfolio template?
